’Cheer!’ by Janet Gilbert is a Precious Smocking Showpiece!

’Rah, rah, rah: This precious smocking design is something to cheer about’! This darling ’Cheer!’ outfit featured in Classic Sewing Fall 2017 magazine (page 83) was made by Janet Gilbert using Fabric Finder’s red pindot pique with FF royal pique. Red spaghetti piping creates a faux cuff on the pants that is just darling!
