"Chloe" by Charlotte Potter, Featured in Classic Sewing Magazine Spring 2020

The dress is Spechler Vogel blue lawn and the slip is powder blue pima cotton batiste. Lace edging borders the flutter sleeves. The same lace edging is shaped on the bodice area to create a bolero look. Curved hand embroidery follows the curve of the lace edging and a narrow binding finishes the neckline. Sequin Mother of Pearl buttons are used to embellish the bodice and corners of the skirt panels. The dress is made using the jumper pattern from Chloe’s Jumper and Blouse pattern available for purchase from Classic Sewing. Pattern includes sizes 2 – 10.
