’Flowers in Bloom’ is a beautiful pique drop waist dress made with Bonnie Blue Designs ’Laurel’. The lace down the front is a Lilly inspired look. Kirstie S made this sweet dress using Fabric Finders print for the piqcot edge piping around the neck and armholes, lining and covered buttons down the back! Very beautiful Kiristie!
