    This is an adorable "Miss Priss" soft white lace skirt accented with a pretty lavender rose. Our sewing fairy used some of our new wide soft white flora lace, lined it with our vanilla cream silk cotton and used our 1 1/2" ivory decorative elastic for the waistband.
