  • 1 1/4 yards Kelley green pique (dress)
  • 3/8 yard plaid cotton fabric (collar & 'Preppy Scotty Dog' applique)
  • 1 covered button kit for buttons down the back
  • 1/3 yard German interfacing (collar)
  • 1 yard 2" strip of German interfacing (buttons & buttonholes)
  • 1 spool coordinating thread
