KIT: 'Mary De Smocked Tulips ', includes: Fabric Finders lilac striped fabric along with a white pre-pleated insert for you to smock. We used #67  "Mary De" pattern by Children's Corner (View B). Spring is not complete without this adorable tulip smocked dress in your little one's wardrobe!  This kit uses "Tulips" by Creative Keepsakes smocking plate.

• 1 pre-pleated insert, 10 rows, white
• 2 - 9/16" White Buttons (C-32-White Glossy)
• 1/4 Yard - German Interfacing, white (Yoke & Back Bodice)
• 1 Yard - White Piping (Optional above smocking)
• 1 - Spool Mettler Thread, white
• 4 - Skeins of DMC Floss (211, 369, 603, 747)
