Kit - "Tie a Yellow Ribbon", 'Laurel' #157 Pattern by Bonnie Blue Designs, View 3 dress, View 2 sleeves Size: 2-8 yrs.

"Tie a Yellow Ribbon" kit was inspired by Sally's creation pictured in the Classic Sewing Magazine, Summer 2018. She used "Laurel' pattern* by Bonnie Blue (not included, linked below), view 3 with angel sleeves from view 2. This kit includes fabric, double ruffle ribbon trim, buttons, interfacing and thread to create an adorable drop-waist dress. The 'Laurel' pattern does not call for a lining, however, we prefer to line the bodice for a prettier look,  so we included extra white fabric to line it.  When you line the bodice,  you do not need a bias neckband.  This dress kit is perfect for spring, summer, and fall (with a cardigan).  So cute & soft!

• 2 yards - Cotton Poplin Floral: Blue, yellow, white  (Lux-9-B-61725-bluefloral)
  (dress & angel sleeves)
• 1/2 yard white lining fabric (opt. bodice lining)
• 1 1/4 yards - 2" strip German interfacing, white (buttons reinforce)
• 8 - 7/16" Buttons, white (back) (C-8-DB-white)
• 6 yards 7/8" Double Ruffle ribbon, yellow (skirt tiers and angel sleeves)
• 1 yard 1 1/2" Double Ruffle ribbon, yellow (bow)
• 1 spool Mettler thread, poly #2000
• 1 spool Mettler thread, SFC #3507
