Regena made this seriously adorable Floral Corduroy skirt using Bonnie Blue Designs pattern ’Elly’s Skirts’! At the Hem Regena used a knife pleated velvet ribbon! Adds just the right amount of weight to the bottom of the circular skirt to make it perfect for twirling! And what little girl doesn’t love to twirl?!
