56", 100% cotton, imported from Switzerland. This is a very fine, sheer batiste, called "Swiss Muslin" or "Mousseline". This is sheer like voile. The term "Fairy Fabric" was coined by the talented seamstress & pattern designer Jeannie Baumeister of Old Fashioned Baby Patterns because this fabric is as delicate as fairy wings! White is shown on the left and ivory on the right.
