Noel Tierney, @noeltierney24, used a Fabric Finders apple print fabric with vintage buttons for the ruffle collar blouse and red twill for the cropped pants to create this precious, classic back-to-school outfit! The blouse and pants pattern is a PDF from Vintage Little Lady called "Lucia," (not included, linked below) designed by Rebecca Scalia Designs! Great for school or pair it with a blue jean jacket for a Fun Fall Fit!

1 1/2 yards FF-2773 apple fabric (shirt, collar, diy Bias binding)
1 1/2 yards Red twill, (pants) (Ran-1-B-42225-redtwill)
1 1/2 yards White batiste (crisp batiste 71321)
(opt. underlining for shirt and lining for collar)
1/4 yard tear away stabilizer (opt. scalloped stitching)
1 yard German Interfacing 2" strips, white (buttons)
(5) 5/8" Red buttons (shirt) (MB-183-bellpepper)
1/2 yard, 1 1/2" elastic (pants)
