"Annie’s Sundress" in Seersucker (Primrose Lane Patterns)

This crisp, cute summer sundress uses the Primrose Lane Pattern, Annie’s Sundress. Ruth used our white cotton seersucker for the dress & purse, w/accents of S-V pima cotton gingham in raspberry for the inset pleat & bias trim... A ruffle was inserted at the bodice/skirt seam (ruffle is folded, gathered bias in raspberry gingham), embellished the bodice w/matching covered buttons and a machine embroidery from Creative Keepsakes.
******Ruth said that it will be important for you to compare the measurements of a pattern that fits your child to this pattern, as the bodice appears to run large. She added 4" to the skirt length, so be sure to check your child’s needs before cutting the fabric.
