We love this beautiful dress by Regena Karasch using Children’s Corner ’Victoria’. She used a polka-dot pique and a darling embroidered collar & belt by ’Applique for Kids’. Regena added a belt to the Victoria pattern and used a white Petersham ribbon at the waist embellished by blue polka dots.
