’Sarah Classic Sewing’ made a beautiful "Birthday Girl" outfit using "Jamie" by Children’s Corner Patterns! A beautiful combination of white and pink nelona were used to create this dress. The French technique of boutis was used for the balloon. Sarah altered the Jamie pattern into a dress by using rectangles to create the skirt.
