Blakely’s - Hot Pink Floral Skirt w/ Decorative Elastic

Blakely wanted some very fast and simple skirts just in time for market. She used a simple a-line skirt pattern with a pretty hot pink floral print, white ribbon rick rack, lime juice decorative elastic, chartreuse gingham spaghetti and a pretty white fabric flower.
