Bridget Anderson’s "First Day of School", Bishop

What could be more perfect for Bridget Anderson’s daughter’s "starting school" dress than a sweet smocked bishop? Bridget purchased Fabric Finder’s T-30 Blues tri-color from her favorite local heirloom shop, Elegant Stitches (Cary, NC)- and also had it pleated by our friends at ES..but Bridget put on the finishing touches, as only she is known to do!! PERFECT!
