Classic Sewing Fall 2016, ’Linen for Fall’ & ’Dotted Swiss & Denim’

Linen & Dotted Swiss aren’t usually our first choices for fall, but look at this beautiful way to use these fabrics for Fall as shown in our Classic Sewing Fall 2016 Ad!

’Linen for Fall’ uses Bonnie Blue Designs pattern ’Ayla Rose’. By removing the last 2 rows of gathered fabric from the dress version shown on pattern, a wonder blouse is drafted! Sally Whinghter used a beautiful ’Ocean Breeze’ linen and a Venice lace down the front to accent the bodice. Beautiful combination that looks great for fall!

A combination of ’Dotted Swiss & Denim’ create a soft, elegant touch of ’Pink’ dotted Swiss with the staple fall fabric of denim. Bonnie Blue Designs ’Charlotte’ was used to create this sweet blouse. Sally added a touch of Swiss lace to accent the blouse!
