"Come Sail with Me" using Children’s Corner "Mamie", Sailboat Seersucker

"Come Sail with Me" Here is another version of the ’Mamie’ float dress (Children’s Corner #280) in an embroidered white seersucker! Although the pattern only shows it with a sleeve, it is very simple to omit the sleeve, face the armhole with a bias strip, and make it sleeveless! After completing the yoke (lined with broadcloth and interfaced with our French baby interfacing), we embellished the edge of the round yoke with yellow ribbon rick rack, topped with blue gingham spaghetti bias.
