Connie Palmer’s - "Christmas Bishop"

Connie put together this beautiful ready-to-smock bishop using red cotton gingham for the dress and a lovely wide Swiss overlay for the collar. She pleated the sleeves for smocking and edged them in a sweet, narrow Swiss edging.
