Connie Palmer from Connie Palmer Sewing used our luxury jacquard circle fabric in white for this gorgeous, smocked dress. The gorgeous smocking plate is from Ellen McCarn called "The Classic Bow for All Seasons." Connie selected a lovely French lace edging and added blue floss to the entredeux before attaching it to the collar and sleeves - so pretty!
