Connie Palmer's "Tulips Bunny" using Children's Corner "Maggie"

Connie Palmer from Connie Palmer Sewing - created this lovely dress using Children's Corner pattern* #1, Maggie.  She used Fabric Finders cute tulip fabric and adorned it with precious Swiss ruffles around the neck and front.  She used the smocking plate inside of the "Maggie" pattern and for the back she used "Baby lops" by Crosseyed Cricket. - perfect for a spring or summer dress!

Tip: Connie cut the Swiss edging to 1 1/8" tall before attaching to garment.
