Cookie Bahr’s - "Hip & Cool" Ruffle Hobo Bag

Cookie made this fabulous "Hip & Cool" Ruffle Hobo Bag. She used various coordinating fabrics to create the ruffles. The pattern and all of the directions for this bag came from the "Sew Serendipity" Bags Book by Kay Whitt.
