Vintage Little Lady's back to school "Ruby" pattern was designed by Beck Scalia and is a cute & classic peplum top or dress with shoulder bows and double welt pockets! For the peplum top, Beck used a sweet Fabric Finders floral with a coordinating blue dots on white fabric for the shoulder bows and waist. For the dress, Beck used yellow check seersucker with yellow stripe seersucker for the waist and shoulder bows, bias with picot edge at the waist and heart shank buttons, adorable!
