Sarah Ward of Sarah Classic Sewing sewed this sweet dress and cape for her precious Daisy's 4th birthday. For the dress Sarah used winter white velveteen and a gorgeous blue wool flannel for the cape and added a beautiful carved pearl flower. Dress pattern is Collar's, Etc. "Bodice Dress" and the cape pattern is a PDF from Treasurie called "Maisie".
