 Noel Tierney's pattern "Katharine" from Vintage Little Lady is a classic sailor dress with vintage details. Noel used red dotted Swiss for the dress, pima cotton batiste for the collar and arm band, soutache braid on the collar and arm band, imperial broadcloth for the neck tie and 11/16" candy red buttons. We adore this sweet sailor dress!
