Doubled Ruffle Bias, 1" wide with seam allowance (3/4" without seam allowance), - poly/ cotton seersucker vertical stripe (Spechler-Vogel), #807, 'pastels'.  This is an adorable trim!! The dress pictured was sewn by Sally and she added this sweet ruffle to the angel sleeves. The pattern is Bonnie Blue Designs' "Charlotte."
