"Double Border Dress" Using the "Charlotte" Pattern by Bonnie Blue Designs

Sally created these lovely floral shorts with an adorable ruffle for her granddaughter. Sally used Simplicity #2039 pattern. She modified the pattern by shortening the length and adding a ruffle.
