Anne Dickson made this beautiful smocked dress for her granddaughter just in time for fall. Anne said "It’s time to start thinking about Fall….even though it is still 90 degrees here in Georgia!

I found this beautiful lawn print exploding with Fall colors and picked a dress style that still works in the Southern heat.
