"Fashionable Vintage Inspired for Fall", Vogue V1939 Blouse & DollieByHoang Flared Pleat Shorts, Sewn by @jess_needle_lil_time

@jess_needle_lil_time sewed this fashionable and chic outfit that is just perfect for fall! Jessie used Vogue V1939 for the blouse with our "Vintage Look" floral Legacy lawn. For the shorts, she used cotton/Lycra featherwale corduroy called "Boot Scootin." The shorts are an Etsy PDF pattern called "Flared Pleat Shorts" from DollieByHoang.  She modified the shorts pattern by adding a third pleat and added welt pockets in the back. We adore the fashionable and vintage appeal of this outfit!
