"Chic Recital Ensemble", Self-Drafted Skirt & Blouse with "Victoria" Sleeves from VLL, Sewn by @jess.needle.lil.time

@jess.needle.lil.time's take on a designer blouse was a labor of love that turned out fabulous! Jessie self-drafted the skirt and the blouse with the exception of the sleeves, which she used Vintage Little Lady's "Victoria" sleeves. The small gold discs were purchased on Amazon, and Jessie hand stitched each charm. The blouse fabric is a lightweight silk cotton voile and the skirt is SV tartan plaid #54.
