@noeltierney24 used a sweet poly/cotton gingham with embroidered roses with sizzle pink piping and necktie and mop buttons to bring this sweet dress to life!  The pattern is a PDF from Vintage Little Lady called "Freya," which features puff sleeves, a necktie, a button front, tiered skirt, and a front and back bib with piping!
