Exquisite heirloom outfits from our talented customer @sewing_and_sowing! Heirloom sewing at its finest! Per Katherine, "James’ bubble is Children's Corner Jamie made with white Nelona and lined with white Pima cotton broadcloth. I created a wide ruffle collar out of gathered rows of white French Maline lace.
For her daughter's dress, "Is there ever such a thing as too many ruffles or too much lace? Not to me! The first time I ever saw a dress with a wide ruffle on a round yoke, I swooned. Make that yoke and ruffle all lace... Even better! Add 22 rows of lace to the skirt... Perfection! Like I said, no such thing as too much. I used Chery Williams’ Round Yoke Dress pattern, white Nelona, white French Maline lace, and white silk satin ribbon for Mary Glenn’s dress All materials were purchased from @thesmockingbird, @farmhousefabrics, @thesewingroombham, and Thimbles. Beautiful photos by the amazing @rachelbondphoto." Thank you for sharing your gorgeous photos with us, Katherine!
