Connie Palmer created this adorable A-Line dress idea (Children’s Corner "Lucy" pattern) years ago for Farmhouse Fabrics and it has proven, year after year, to be a timeless creation. The dress kit uses a beautiful red featherwale corduroy and is lined in red pima gingham! Connie used a flat bias to create the ruffle around the hem, topped by a row of Christmas plaid spaghetti bias! Size: up to 6 yrs.

1 yard FF 1/8" red gingham fabric (lining)
1/2 yard German Interfacing 2" strips (button/buttonholes)
2 1/2 yards FF 1/8" red gingham flat bias (ruffle at hem)
