Kit - "Pleated Bishop" uses the “Bishop” pattern #3 by Children's Corner (view A) uses the “Bishop” pattern by Children's Corner with puff short sleeve. The CC Bishop includes a smocking design, “Mary’s Bishop”.  Your little girl will look so sweet and lovely in this make! This kit is available in these pastel colors, including blue, lavender, pink, and white. 

Shown is the Ellen McCarn smocking plate, " Annelise," which is also sold separately. 

This kit comes pre-cut and pre-pleated (6 rows) in View A - ready for you to smock (first) and then complete the construction**. This dress is so sweet and dainty!  Dress photo is based on the Annelise smocking plate by Ellen McCarn, which fits in the 6 rows of pleating.

 ** You will need to complete the kit (smocking & final construction) in this order:
1) First, smock your desired design. (smocked digital design shown is not exact)

2) Then, follow pattern instruction pages, beginning with step 7.

Kit Includes: 

• Pleated Imperial Batiste (Bishop) 6 pleated rows
• 1/4 yard button loop (for buttons)
• 3 strips of bias (for bands in neck and arms)
• (3) 3/8" buttons (A-24-HT601-WHT) (back dress closure)
• 4 skeins of DMC floss (for smocking)
• 1 spool of Mettler thread to match

1 1/2" x 13" placket piece (optional, view B (continuous bound placket)) *This is an optional placket to use, if desired over view A (self faced placket)) - DRESS IS CUT FOR VIEW A.
