This kit is for the Swing Top and Bloomers ONLY and uses a beautiful white pique for the top, trimmed with a lovely watercolor floral. The sweet, cuffed bloomers are also created with the watercolor floral from Fabric Finders. This is such an adorable outfit - perfect for a Spring or Summer!
