Michelle made these darling coordinating sister dresses using Fabric Finders floral and striped seersucker and the 'Evelyn' PDF pattern by JillyAtlanta.  She lined the bodices in yellow striped seersucker that is visible in the shoulder ties and the little sister has a striped seersucker pocket!
