Plaid Christmas Dress by Jane Cely

Jane Cely used our beautiful Spechler Vogel plaid and the Bonnie Blue Designs pattern ’Anna Catherine’ to create this beautiful Christmas dress for her granddaughter, Dorothy.

Jane made a simple variation at the neckline with a gathered bias ruffle with a 1/4" bias band.
