"Princess Scarlet" by Regena Karasch using Classic Sewing Pattern ’Scarlett’

We love this pattern variation by Regena Karasch using her debut pattern from Fall 2018 Classic Sewing Magazine ’Scarlet’. Regena cut the bottom to match the width of the top panel in one continuous piece to form princess lines down the front of the dress! This tall & beautiful girl is only 11 but could pass for 16. This is a great pattern for the young and older girls!
