 All the flouncy goodness in one sweet dress! Per Stephanie,  "Beautiful Swiss cotton organdy carefully embroidered on both bodice and skirt, making this dress truly the only one of its kind. Featuring a lavender satin waistband and delicate ruffled neckline and sleeves, full cotton lining in lavender cotton, and dainty lavender bows at the sleeves. Sewn-in petticoat with crinoline.".Stephanie used the PDF "Pepper" pattern from Violette Field Threads as her starting point to create this adorable sew.  Embroidery is from Applique for Kids called the "Embroidery Bow 3".
