Raglan Blouses by @deileenslittlecloset, a Wink and a Nod's "Raglan Blouse" & PDF Peony Patterns "Lilac" (Shorts)

Dulce of @deileenslittlecloset used a Wink and a Nod's "Raglan Blouse" for these sweet tops! 

For the lilac blouse, Dulce used lilac gingham and a sweet venise trim around the collar. For the bloomer/shorts, Dulce used PDF Peony Patterns "Lilac".  To make the shorts into bloomers, Dulce hemmed the shorts at 1/2” and add elastic She used a pastel stripe seersucker and a denim for the shorts.
