Sally’s - "Cottage Garden" Parker Pants, Pattern by Children’s Corner

Sally made these cute "Cottage Garden" pants by Children’s Corner using Parker’s Pants pattern. She used Art Gallery Fabric "Sweet Meadow Orchid" with Marine Blue 1 1/2" decorative elastic. She added a ruffle and fabric bow to the pants hem for cuteness!
