Noel Tierney's pattern "Katharine" from Vintage Little Lady is a classic sailor dress with vintage details. Noel used blue stripe seersucker for the dress, pima cotton broadcloth for the collar and arm band, middy braid on the collar and arm band, and imperial broadcloth for the neck tie. We adore this sweet sailor dress!
