"Snowflake Twirls", "Elly’s Skirt" by Bonnie Blue Designs

This sweet skirt is made from featherwale corduroy in red with pink, green, and "bluejay" blue snowflakes. We used our "summer blue" decorative elastic for the waistband and made a fabric ruffle using our "bluejay" blue corduroy.
