@noeltierney24 created this precious dress using Little Lizard King's "Syracuse". This pattern features the sweetest oversized ruffle collar and a circle skirt with elastic waist. Noel used our beautiful lightweight Spanish fabric with fine shirring to bring this dress to life. Fabrics are available in pink, baby blue and white colorway!
