Our fabulous friend Jane Cely sewed these stunning heirloom garments for these precious siblings using blue Swiss voile and delicate ecru French laces. For the dresses, Jane modified the Collars, Etc. "Yoke" Dress and a redrafted Creations by Michié bubble for little brother!
