"Sweet in Stripes", McCall's M7120, sewn by @sewgreattoknow

Kimberley Hudspeth of Sew Great To Know sewed this sweet stripe McCalls M7120 dress and she has a few tips! Per Kimberly, "These stripes are a subtle way to play with fabric. For a slimming effect, I have them vertical, but then have turned them horizontal for the outside pockets. I then used 5/8” fold-over elastic to add a touch of hot pink trim to the top of the pockets. Have you ever used this kind of elastic?! I just recently started using it as a binding (to finish off raw edges) and I love it!!"
